How do I register?
- Go towww.routechecker.appand clickRegister.
- Choose a username, enter your email address and enter a password.
- Then choose the correct organization and click on 'Register'.
- You will now receive an email asking you to confirm your registration.
If you don't find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

I forgot my password.
- Go towww.routechecker.appand clickForgot your password.
- Enter your username.
- You will now receive an email to reset your password.
Enter your password twice and press save.
How do I sign in on PC?
- Go towww.routechecker.app.
- Enter your username and password
- If desired, check the box next to 'Keep signed in'. Next time you will _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-bb3b
automatic login.
- Click on 'Sign up with Routechecker Pro'.
I can't log in to the PC.
This can happen for several reasons:

How do I sign in on my Android device?
- Open the Routechecker app and click on the 3 dots at the top right.
- Click Settings and then Identification.
- At the bottom switch 'Log in with your Routechecker user' on.
- Now enter your username and password and click on 'Login'.

I can't log in on my Android device.
Check whether your registration is complete via www.routechecker.app.

I can't find the app in the Play store / I can't download the app.
This can happen if your smartphone has an outdated version of Android.
Currently, the app is supported by version 7 or higher.
At the end of the year this minimum will be version 8.
The language of your device must also be set to NL, FR, DU or ENG and your country must be set to Belgium.
How do I sign in on my iOS device (Apple)?
Currently, you can't sign up with iOS devices yet.
You can only provide a free identification, so that your name is visible when making a report.
